Lightweight composite ULD and PMC pallet solutions
PMC Pallet:
Lighter and More Efficient with Composite Power.
Our CFRP/GFRP composite PMC pallet is being developed toward IATA ULD requirements and TSO/ETSO-C90 certification, targeting 65 kg against a 104 kg aluminum reference: a 37.5% weight reduction.
Composite Air Cargo PalletCFRP/GFRP Hybrid Structure
We achieve maximum strength and minimum weight balance through the optimized combination of carbon and glass fiber.
- High Impact Resistance
- Corrosion Resistance
- Easy Repairability

WEIGHT SAVING PER PALLET
Lighter,
More Green.
Every kilogram matters in aviation.
At Avit'e, we view sustainability not merely as an environmental goal but as a fundamental design principle for more efficient air transportation. Our lightweight composite cargo pallet, offering a weight advantage of up to 39 kg over conventional solutions, aims to contribute to reducing fuel consumption and associated carbon emissions in flight operations. According to our reference analysis, this weight reduction creates a potential of approximately 10.5 kg of fuel savings and 33.3 kg of CO₂ reduction per average 9-hour flight. At the scale of 400 flights per year, this impact can reach approximately 4.2 tons of fuel savings and 13.3 tons of CO₂ reduction.
4,212 kg
Avit'e's PMC pallet saves 4,212 kg of fuel per year based on 400 flights (9-hour flight basis).
13.3 tons
Estimated CO₂ emissions prevented by a single PMC pallet over 400 annual cargo flights.

Performance-Based Savings Model
Upfront purchase cost of the composite cargo pallet = 0. Payment for Avit'e cargo pallets is structured based on the verifiable savings they generate.
The foundation of our value proposition is the conversion of a verifiable weight advantage into economic benefit.
Avit'e's composite air cargo pallet has been developed not merely as a lighter product, but as a solution that generates measurable economic impact. Our approach focuses not on high upfront costs, but on verifiable value that emerges within operations.
Fuel Savings
A lower pallet tare weight can contribute to reduced fuel consumption depending on the operation profile. Particularly in high-cycle cargo operations, this effect can directly translate into economic outcomes.
Cargo Capacity Contribution
A lighter pallet structure can provide an additional contribution to payload capacity. Depending on route structure and load planning, this advantage carries the potential to generate incremental commercial value.
How Does It Work?
In the first phase, the operation profile, delivery plan, and economic evaluation methodology are defined together with the customer. The tare weight of delivered pallets is then verified, and the economic impact of this weight advantage is assessed within the framework of the agreed methodology.
Commercial Approach
The commercial structure is based on the verifiable weight advantage created by the delivered solution. This means the evaluation is tied not to general assumptions, but to a measurable weight difference and its operational equivalent.
